Save time, do your arms and shoulders with this exercise....

dumbell curls right into the shoulder presses...

anyone else use the 'Arnold Press'?

I saw Mike Rozier doing triple sets ...he was holding two dumbells doing sqauts, then curling, then shoulder pressing...that is another good one...

The arnold press is a great compond (meaning two movements) lifting excercise that really pumps the bi's and shoulders. I think I'll finish off today's arm workout, leg explosion workout with some arnolds today.

This is great addition to the Rx.:dancefool :Guitarman

I like doing them when short on time and I want a quick pump...where i will do a 'circuit training' type workout, you can get a great pump doing say 5 sets of about 5-6 exercises rather quickly...especially good in the summer .

Is it true that free weights are better than machines?

I think it depends on what you're trying to accomplish...there are advantages to both....I prefer free weights by far...

i wanna get more toned but my number one interest is alternative cardio routines outside of running that can help me lose my gut without trimming anything else. I want to maintain my current weight...But i fucked up big time and i have a friggin beer gut that aint going no where..... What can i do????

I have to retain my current weight (about 205 ) and i dont want to lose any of it what can i do???

I am so desperate i am actually considering a vodka diet to lose the weight....My greatest fear is damage to my liver...I did this when i was younger in my early 20s and lost a ton of weight inadvertentlly....I dont know if its worth it now that i am 27..... (clear liquors not supported by water can have an immense weight loss effect but do affect the liver immensley....)

Help because winter is almost upon us and i dont want this gut with me another winter or else i will resort to vodka!!!!

RedPimp...always remember the more muscle you have the more calories your body burns daily...also alcohol causes muscle atrophy (deterioration) its a double hit to what you're trying to accomplish!

You will maintain your weight but, it will be shaped differently...muscle weighs more...

You are extremely YOUNG STILL! very easy to still get it in gear!

Read this forum we will motivate you!
